Celebrity Silhouette is the fourth ship in the Solstice-class of cruise ships operated by Celebrity Cruises, a subsidiary of Royal Caribbean. The ship was built by Meyer Werft in Papenburg, Germany, and was launched in 2011.
It has a gross tonnage of 122,400 and a length of 1,047 feet. It can accommodate up to 2850 passengers and has a crew of 1100.

Entertainment onboard Celebrity Silhouette includes live music performances in various venues around the ship such as Quasar nightclub with its modern sound system, The Theater at Sea which hosts Broadway-style shows nightly, Casino Royale offering gaming tables as well as slot machines, several lounges including Michael’s Club piano bar where you can enjoy live music while sipping your favorite cocktail or wine from Cellar Masters Wine Bar. There is also an outdoor cinema where you can watch movies under the stars at night or catch up on sporting events during the day.
Activities onboard Celebrity Silhouette include sports activities such as basketball and volleyball courts located on Deck 14 forward along with ping pong tables located in Deck 14 aft. For those looking for more relaxing activities there are hot tubs located poolside to relax in after a long day of sightseeing or shopping ashore.
There are also two pools located mid-ship on Deck 14 along with whirlpools located nearby. For children there is an onboard Kids Program that offers supervised activities including arts & crafts classes, scavenger hunts and games throughout their voyage.
